Business Development Manager/Sales Manager

This position is suited to an individual that has drive. ambition and is keen to develop themselves and their role within a team
The successful candidate will have a successful career in sales and customer service whilst being able to demonstrate a wider skill set.
Candidates must have a good understanding of the Flexographic or gravure print industry and will have experience of selling at least some of the following:
• Annilox rolls
• Inks
• Doctor Blades
• Photopolymer plates
• And will be familiar with printing presses and the industry as a whole.

The successful candidate will be looking to be part of the team for the longer term, whilst achieving success in the shorter term. The intention is to become the market leader in the supply of:
• Solvent recyclers
• Ink pan washing systems
• Integrated wash and recycle systems
• Doctor Blade washing equipment
• And waste management advice and services to the Flexoprinting industry.
Full training will be offered as required.
