Job Specification:

A small friendly team needing a bright Marketing Assistant of graduate calibre to bring fresh marketing and creative ideas to the table and see them through from the initial concept to inception and really make an impact.

The successful Marketing co-ordinator will be happy in a varied role that allows real creative marketing, whilst providing sales administrative support (60% marketing, 40% sales support). Key areas of responsibility include: Designing and producing in-house marketing materials including staff newsletter, liaising with design and PR agencies on project work, organising and negotiating all print & stationery requirements for the group, maintaining and developing the company website and intranet site, collating and statistically analysing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

You will be a friendly, effective communicator with a high level of accuracy and strong organisational skills. Creative flair is essential with the technical ability to use IT tools such as Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Must be enthusiastic to take on new challenges, and actively contribute ideas to the business. Must be able to prioritise daily workload and hold the fort in the absence of management.

Ideally CIM or relevant degree qualified, but applications are invited from candidates doing a similar role, or with a proven level of marketing experience or knowledge.
